Don’t have an access code yet? Then you can request one by clicking on “Register/Forgot password” and filling in the 4 fields with a *. After filling in, you will receive two e-mails from us. You will receive the first e-mail immediately, but it is only a confirmation of your registration. You will receive the second e-mail within an hour and it contains a unique access code and a link with which you can create your own password.
Do you already have an access code but have you not yet created your password? (this must be done within two days of receipt by e-mail, otherwise your access code will no longer work). Then you can also click on “Register/Forgot password” and fill in the 4 mandatory fields with a * (first name, last name, mobile and e-mail). You will then immediately receive (provided you fill in the data that is known to us) your new access code by e-mail and you can then also create your new password via the link in the e-mail you received.
Then log in to the site or our app (recommended) and you will always stay logged in. That is so easy for the future!
